Four stages. No surprises. You stay informed at every step — without having to become a technical expert to follow along.

Discovery
We start with a free conversation. You walk me through the process — what you do today, where the friction is, what a better outcome looks like. No jargon, no forms. Just a straight conversation about your work.
Typically 30–60 minutes, remote or in-person.

Proposal
I come back with a written proposal: what I'll build, how it'll work, a fixed price, and a timeline. No hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. If you don't like it, you've lost nothing — the discovery call is always free.
Usually delivered within 2–3 working days.

Build
Once you've agreed the proposal, I build it. I'll keep you updated as we go — not with technical reports, but with working demos you can actually look at. If something changes, we talk about it before I change course.
Most projects complete within 1–4 weeks.

Handover
When the build is done and you're happy, I hand it over with full documentation. Written for a non-technical reader. You own the code, the process, and the documentation. I'll be available for questions after handover.
Includes a walkthrough session and written docs.
